例一,患者,男,41岁,工人。间断咯血十余年,其中有三次大量咯血,每次达100～200ml,多发于冬春感冒咳嗽之后。经支气管碘油造影确诊为“双侧囊柱状支气管扩张”。曾长期服消炎止血药,疗效不显,愿中医治疗。症见咳嗽,咳多量黄色脓样痰,自汗,偶咳血,舌苔黄薄,脉弦细而数。证属痰热蕴肺,治宜清解肺热,止咳化痰。处方:杏仁10克金银花20克陈皮10克半夏10克鲜芦根10克蚤休10克桔梗6克黄芩10克前胡10克炙枇杷叶10克薏米30克冬瓜子30克鱼腥草15克川贝10克桑叶10克水煎服,每日1剂,共7剂。复诊:药后咳痰已减,仍自汗、乏力,此为热
