小型企业实行租赁经营,由于克服了以前导致亏损的某些因素,显示了一定的优越性。但目前有的已出现停滞不前的现象。主要原因有: 1.承租者对职工实行的是直线制领导,很难形成思想政治工作网络,光靠经济手段激发出来的劳动积极性波动幅度大。 2.租赁期短,承租者无法改变原有的资金、设备、人员素质等条件,不得不把眼光停留在短期目标上,只好“就汤下面”,无力扩大再生产。
Small-scale enterprises have implemented leasing operations and have shown certain advantages because they have overcome some of the factors that previously caused losses. However, some have been stagnant. The main reasons are as follows: 1. The charterers implement straight-line leadership over their employees, and it is difficult to form a network of ideological and political work. The enthusiasm of labor stimulated by economic means alone is subject to large fluctuations. 2. With a short lease period, the tenant cannot change the conditions of the original capital, equipment, personnel, etc., and has to focus on the short-term goals. They have to “below the soup” and cannot expand the reproduction.
