毕业设计是河北民办高校艺术设计专业实践教学中最主要的课程,能够提高学生综合艺术表现能力的整合性课程。经过毕业创作环节能让学生灵活应用已学专业知识,并结合企业实际的设计项目,有效进行全面的实践教学练习。在当今“就业难”的背景下,河北民办高校艺术设计艺术设计毕业创作实践与就业的矛盾突出表现为毕业创作教学环节与岗位就业环节的诸多不相适应。为此需构建“基于就业导向”的毕业创作实践教学模式,加强职场实际项目的引入,形成“职场、岗位、学校”三位一体的教学模式,探索毕业实践环节中与就业对接的“产学研一体化”教学模式改革,构建“双导师”制的毕业设计的考核、评价体系,使河北民办高校艺术设计专业毕业创作在加强调研与实践并重的同时,构建出一条适应企业产业一线需求,实现毕业创作实践教学与就业的“产学研一体化”有效融合,提升河北民办高校艺术设计学生的“职场化”能力。
