六十年代我公司已在工业构筑物施工中应用液压滑模施工,至七十年代中期我公司将滑模施工技术应用于高层住宅建筑,并逐步形成了“滑一浇一”施工工艺,在长期、大量的施工实践基础上总结编制了本工法。一、工艺原理和特点本工法的工艺原理是墙体采用滑模施工,楼板采用支模现浇混凝土施工,墙体混凝土滑升一层,紧接着支模现浇一层楼板,每层结构按滑一层浇一层的工序连续进行(简称“滑一浇一”)。其特点: 1.墙体和楼板节点整体性好,能确保墙体在施工阶段的稳定性。
