笔者利用2000年~2011年中国省域单元高技术产业分行业面板数据,基于外部性思想理论,同时考虑地区间空间相关性,构建空间滞后面板模型,实证检验了专业化、多样化、竞争程度及省区间溢出效应对中国高技术产业创新的影响。研究发现:高技术产业各行业创新过程中资本的贡献弹性都显著为正,劳动的贡献比资本小;知识的专业化溢出对高技术产业的区域创新产生显著的正面影响,多样化溢出的影响在行业间有所不同,而企业竞争程度影响并不显著。
Based on the panel data of China’s provincial high-tech industry in province-level units from 2000 to 2011, based on the theory of externality, taking into account the spatial correlation among regions, the author constructs a model of spatial lag panel and empirically tests the degree of specialization, diversification and competition And the Effect of Provincial Spillover on China’s High-tech Industry Innovation.
