通过免疫组织化学法检测半乳糖凝集素-7(Galectin-7)与基质金属酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)在食管鳞癌(esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,ESCC)组织和癌旁组织中的蛋白表达,分析其表达与食管鳞癌的临床病理参数及早期复发转移(≤1年)的关系。结果显示,Galectin-7和MMP-9在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率增高。Galectin-7和MMP-9蛋白表达与TNM分期、浸润深度以及淋巴结转移密切相关,二者表达呈正相关。联合检测MMP-9和Galectin-7对于预测术后早期的复发转移的灵敏度、特异度高于单独检测Galectin-7和MMP-9。Galectin-7和MMP-9在食管鳞癌的发生发展过程中可能起着重要的协同作用,联合检测二者可为预测食管鳞癌的复发转移提供帮助。
The expressions of Galectin-7 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The protein expression was analyzed and its relationship with the clinicopathological parameters and early recurrence and metastasis (≤1 year) of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed. The results showed that Galectin-7 and MMP-9 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma of the positive expression rate increased. The expressions of Galectin-7 and MMP-9 were closely related to TNM stage, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, and the expressions of Galectin-7 and MMP-9 were positively correlated. The combined detection of MMP-9 and Galectin-7 for the detection of early postoperative recurrence and metastasis sensitivity, specificity than the separate detection of Galectin-7 and MMP-9. Galectin-7 and MMP-9 may play important synergistic roles in the carcinogenesis and progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Combined detection of Galectin-7 and MMP-9 may be helpful in predicting the recurrence and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
