多环芳烃(Polycyclic Aromatic Hy-drocarbon,简称PAH)产生于燃料(煤炭、汽油、木柴等)不完全的燃烧过程中,在利用这些燃料作原料进行热加工处理时也能形成。PAH包括的化合物甚多,有一部份已证明对动物具有致癌作用,其中3,4-苯并芘(3,4-Benzopyrene,简称BaP)发现得很早,致癌作用很强,研究得也很广泛。胜治进一曾报告,每克燃料燃烧时所产生的BaP量(微克)如下:煤67~136,木材62~125,原油40~68,汽油12~
