在发展社会主义市场经济的今天,企业面临着激烈的竞争。有些企业的领导急功近利,把发展经济和开展职工教育对立起来,使职工教育放不上位置。据对义乌市职工教育的调查,职工学校的数量日渐减少,由当年的24所职工学校和培训中心减少为13所,办学条件得不到改善,教师大量流失,经费没有保证,按企业职工工资收入提取的1.5%的教育经费不能及时到位和做到专款专用。因此,笔者认为,要使职工教育持续
