1980年7—8月份对呼市的机关、厂矿、公办的三种类型九个托幼机构、2—6岁平均每天就餐797.8名儿童进行了膳食成分、儿童每日摄入量的调查。调查采用称量法,对入托儿童进行5—6天膳食营养调查、统计,参照中国医学科学院卫生研究所《食物成份表》进行计算分析。结果是被调查单位总热量均不足,只占平均供热量标准的60~90%,这些机构儿童平均需要热量应为1432卡,而实际只有1,070.28卡,仅为74.74%。热量来源蛋白质该年龄组应占总热量的15%为45克,而实际只达到需要量的51.2—70.3%;脂肪应占总热量的35%为60克,而实际只有需要量的41.6—94.3%;碳水化物亦不足,实际只达到需要量的85%,但却在总热量的分配上占到60.7%,(标准计算应占50%)。据此,在总热量不足的情况下,
In July-August of 1980, a total of 797.8 children, aged 3-6, aged from 2 to 6, were investigated for the composition of daily meals and children’s daily intake at the organs, factories, mines and public-owned three types of nurseries in Hohhot.
