GI-1型粉浆涂塑铝瓷核冠是国内新近推出的一种全瓷修复系统,它是由玻璃料渗入铝瓷底层内形成高强度的铝瓷核冠,再于核冠表面堆塑面瓷而成,具有强度高、边缘适合性好、透光性好等诸多优点,是一种很有前途的全瓷修复材料。由于粉浆涂塑铝瓷核冠强度的提高有赖于玻璃渗入铝瓷底层,探讨渗透时间与渗透距离间的关系,对该材料的临床应用具有重要的指导意义。本研究采用30个柱状试件,测试了1~6小时GI-1型粉浆涂塑铝瓷核冠玻璃料渗入铝瓷底层的最小距离,确定出最小渗透距离与渗透时间间的线性关系。结果表明,两者间有高度的直线相关性。应用GI-1型粉浆涂塑铝瓷核冠玻璃料渗透铝瓷底层时,单冠应至少渗透2.5小时,桥体支架渗透5小时。

As the improvement of the strength of the slip-coated aluminum-ceramic core depends on the infiltration of glass into the bottom of the aluminum-ceramic, the relationship between the infiltration time and the penetration distance is discussed, which has important guiding significance for the clinical application of the material. In this study, 30 columnar specimens were used to test the minimum distance that GI-1 coated aluminum-ceramic crown samples infiltrated into the aluminum substrate from 1 to 6 hours. The linear relationship between the minimum and the penetration time was determined. The results show that there is a high degree of linear correlation between the two. Application GI-1-type coated aluminum-plastic coated aluminum core glass frit penetration of aluminum bottom, the single crown should be infiltrated at least 2.5 hours, the bridge stent penetration for 5 hours.
