声发射技术的应用使动态无损检测成为可能,而微处理机的应用又可大大增强仪器系统的功能。本文即探讨应用这两种新技术于高压蒸汽管道安全监控系统的研究。文内综述了国际国内在声发射方面做出的许多试验成果,分析了声发射信号表征参数的选取和利用,提出了有关声发射信号七种参数均综合测试方法,对信号探测、噪声去除、参数测取、微型计算机的应用以及数据输入、输出方式等进行了系统设计,对各单元电路进行了设计。所有设计使得本系统测取参数较多、处理功能较强,能实时源定位、实时数据显示、实时报警以及实时控制动作等。
The application of acoustic emission technology makes dynamic non-destructive testing possible, and the application of microprocessors can greatly enhance the function of the instrument system. This article explores the application of these two new technologies in high pressure steam pipe safety monitoring system. This paper summarizes the many domestic and international experimental results on acoustic emission, analyzes the selection and utilization of acoustic emission signal characterization parameters, presents a comprehensive test method for seven parameters of acoustic emission signal, and probes into signal detection, noise removal, Parameter measurement, the application of microcomputer and data input and output system design, the design of each unit circuit. All the design makes the system more parameters measured, processing capabilities, real-time source positioning, real-time data display, real-time alarm and real-time control action.
