本院于1995年2月～1997年4月门诊诊治中发现23例慢性咳嗽与儿童鼻窦炎有关。现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 对象与病程本组23例患儿中,男14例,女9例,均为学龄儿童。其中7岁2例,8岁5例,9岁7例,10岁5例,11及12岁各2例。病程最短的为1个月,最长为1年半。1.2 临床症状与体征除慢性咳嗽外,9例伴头昏,4例伴头痛,5例伴呕吐,2例伴喘息。全部病例有间断性流黄鼻涕、鼻塞。5例有夜间睡眠打鼾声。体检:双肺呼吸音略粗、偶闻及痰音。2例闻及哮喘音。多数病例(19/23)咽部及鼻粘膜
The hospital in February 1995 ~ April 1997 outpatient diagnosis and treatment found in 23 cases of chronic cough and sinusitis in children. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 The object and course of disease The group of 23 children, 14 males and 9 females, all school-age children. There were 2 cases of 7 years old, 5 cases of 8 years old, 7 cases of 9 years old, 5 cases of 10 years old and 2 cases of each of 11 and 12 years old. The shortest duration of 1 month, up to a year and a half. 1.2 Clinical symptoms and signs In addition to chronic cough, 9 cases with dizziness, 4 cases with headache, 5 cases with vomiting, 2 cases with wheezing. All cases have intermittent flow of yellow nose, stuffy nose. Five patients had nighttime sleep snoring. Physical examination: lung breath sounds slightly coarse, occasionally smell and sputum sound. 2 cases heard of asthma tone. Most cases (19/23) Pharyngeal and nasal mucosa
