我厂离合爪加工原在X6130铣床上采用自制的销孔分度工装,以工件内孔和端面定位,靠手动分度夹紧,要经过5次分度、6刀切削才能加工完毕。操作繁琐,劳动强度大,工装准备周期长,通用性差,效率低。为改变这种落后的状况,减轻工人劳动强度,我们进行了微机自动分度机械夹紧工装改造,收到良好的效果。 离合爪加工的刀具为外径φ100mm、宽14mm的三面刃铣刀,为消除工作台进给丝杠副的传动间隙,采用逆铣法加工。刀具调整到一边侧刃与工件轴线对齐,见图1。调整升降台,使工件一次切到爪的深度。其加工的各道工步如图1所示。

In order to change this backward situation and reduce the labor intensity of workers, we carried out the computer automatic indexing mechanical clamping tooling transformation, and received good results. Clutch claw processing tool for the outer diameter φ100mm, width of 14mm three-sided cutter, to eliminate table feed screw drive transmission gap, using the inverse milling processing. The side of the tool is adjusted to align with the axis of the workpiece, see Figure 1. Adjust the elevator so that the workpiece cut to the depth of the claw.
