以对化感物质具有高敏感性的莴苣(Lactuca sativa L.)种子作为指示材料,测试了烤烟品种K326的顶芽、腋芽等残体腐解液的化感潜力.结果表明:烟草残体腐解后对莴苣种子萌发具有显著的抑制作用,以质量浓度0.10g/mL处理抑制作用最显著;残体腐解液对莴苣幼苗生长存在低促高抑的双重浓度效应,其中低质量浓度0.05g/mL处理有一定促进作用,高质量浓度0.10g/mL处理抑制作用最显著.
The allelopathic potential of decomposing solution such as end buds and axillary buds of flue-cured tobacco K326 was tested with the seeds of Lactuca sativa L. which is highly sensitive to allelochemicals. The results showed that: After solution, the inhibitory effect on seed germination of lettuce was obvious, and the inhibition was the most significant when the concentration was 0.10g / mL. The effect of residual decomposed solution on the growth of lettuce seedling was low and double inhibited.
