应用UG软件建立了某型号电牵引采煤机截割部的三维实体装配模型,然后把该装配模型导入到ADAMS中,建立了采煤机截割部的虚拟样机,并对其齿轮传动系统齿轮间啮合力进行了仿真计算,为采煤机截割部的设计和改进提供了依据。
The software of UG was used to build a three-dimensional solid assembly model of the cutting part of an electric shearer. Then the assembly model was imported into the ADAMS. The virtual prototype of the cutting part of the shearer was established and its gear transmission system gear The simulation results of the intermeshing forces are provided to provide the basis for the design and improvement of shearer cutting section.
