长期的教学实践使我们认识到,任何一个班级、任何一门学科,学生的学习成绩都有好、中、差三个层次之分,物理学习也是如此。刚开始时,由于有一种新鲜感,大家都学得较认真,随着学习的深入,逐渐产生分化,有一部分学生的成绩越来越差,成为学习困难学生,并在班中占有一定比例。对这部分学生该怎么办?是放之任之,还是帮助他们克服种种不利于他们成长的因素,回答当然是后者,因为这是每一个教育工作者义不容辞的职责,也是
Long-term teaching practice makes us realize that any one class, any discipline, students’ academic performance is good, middle and poor in three levels, the same is true of the study of physics.
