我国农村基础教育存在着“三少”“两多”现象。三少:一是优质教师资源少,二是现代多媒体教育技术资源少,三是素质教育资源少。两多:一是辍学和流失的学生多,二是农村留守儿童多。这些现象和问题的存在,不是某个省份的问题,而是全国各地农村共同存在的问题,既有历史的原因,也有现实的原因,应该引起整个教育界的重视,并研究制定相应的应对策略。
There are three phenomena of “three fewer” and “two more” in rural basic education in our country. Three less: First, less qualified teachers, the second is less modern multimedia technology education resources, and third, less quality education resources. Two more: First, drop out of school and the loss of more students, and second, children left behind in rural areas and more. The existence of these phenomena and problems is not a problem for a certain province, but a common problem in rural areas across the country, both for historical and practical reasons. It should arouse the attention of the entire education community and study and formulate appropriate coping strategies .
