提出了高压水射流截煤降尘的技术方案,将高压水射流技术应用于煤炭开采过程,在采煤机滚筒截煤之前,用高压水对煤层进行预截割与预湿润的方法解决采煤过程中的煤尘问题。研制了高压水射流截煤降尘装置,该装置包括高压水发生装置、截煤机械手和控制系统。其中截煤机械手是主要的执行单元,截煤机械手通过对垂直液压马达的摆角控制,完成对煤壁的摆动截割,截煤机械手使用超声波传感器对喷嘴与煤壁的距离进行检测,控制水平液压马达的摆角,使喷嘴与煤壁的距离保持在合适的范围,实现对煤壁截割注水。
