能过临床观察,在肯定莪术挥发油治疗肿瘤(特别是宫颈癌)疗效的基础上,对莪术挥发油中的有效成分进行了分离工作,从中分离出抗癌有效成分——莪术醇。通过对莪术醇的化学研究及红外、核磁与质谱等测定,证明其化学结构与文献报导同属植物蓬莪术(curcuma zedoaria Roscoe)的成分Curcumol一致。有关莪术醇的分离及化学结构鉴定如下: 温莪术(Curcuma Wenchowensis Liao yao)饮片经水蒸汽蒸馏,得棕褐色挥发
