目的：研究用全蝎、蜈蚣、土元、五灵脂组方自制中成药活血止痛丸应用于临床的治疗效果。方法：将颈椎病、坐骨神经痛及肢体疼痛３组病人分别随机分组，分别用活血止痛丸和相应对照药物治疗，观察疗效。结果：活血止痛丸总有效率均优于对照组，差异具有显著性。结论：根据中医理论的整体观念而组方制成的活血止痛丸，临床效果良好。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Huoxuezhitong pill, a proprietary Chinese medicine made by Scorpio, Centipede, Tuyuan and Wulingzhi. Methods: The three groups of patients with cervical spondylosis, sciatica and limb pain were randomly divided into three groups: Huoxuezhitong pill and corresponding control drug respectively, and the curative effect was observed. Results: The total effective rate of Huoxuezhitong Pill was better than that of the control group, the difference was significant. Conclusion: According to the overall concept of TCM theory, Huoxuezhitong pill made by the group has good clinical effect.
