李安明,我国第一批房地产估价师(1993年被建设部、人事部认定),1992年武汉市房地产估价事务所成立时,即为该所所长,这个所是湖北省第一个国家一级房地产估价机构,也是该省目前规模最大、最具权威的房地产估价机构。 李安明不仅具有丰富的房地产估价的实践经验,而且在估价理论的学习和研究上,也很有深度。在我采访他的时候,恰有一最早在本刊介绍房地产估价方法、曾为武汉某高校教师现为当地某房地产开发公司的老总,与之探讨收益还原法的收益及市场比较法的比较因素等问题,李安明之所论,令他频频点头;就连我这个外行,也听了个清清楚楚、通俗易懂。
