目的:调查银川市回、汉族孕早、中期妇女膳食营养状况,及时发现该地区妊娠期妇女饮食方面存在的主要问题并给予合理而科学的饮食健康指导。方法:对银川市妇幼保健院就诊的回、汉族孕妇进行24 h膳食回顾调查,并与中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量(DRIs)标准进行比较做出综合评价。结果:银川市回、汉族孕妇膳食中三大产热营养素的热能供给比例不平衡,孕期钙、铁、锌、镁、维生素C、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2的摄入均偏低,回、汉族孕早、中期妇女血红蛋白值有差异。结论:银川市回、汉族孕妇膳食结构不合理,各种维生素的摄入量较低,尤其回族孕妇的饮食中脂肪供热比较低。采用膳食调查-营养评价-饮食指导的方案对孕期妇女进行营养干预,确保母婴安全。
Objective: To investigate the dietary nutritional status of pregnant women in early and middle trimester of the Hui and Han nationalities in Yinchuan and find out the main problems in the diet of pregnant women in the area in time and provide reasonable and scientific diet health guidance. Methods: A 24-hour dietary survey was performed on pregnant women of both Han and Hui in Yinchuan MCH hospital and compared with the reference standard of Chinese dietary intakes (DRIs) to make a comprehensive evaluation. Results: The heat energy supply of the three heat-producing nutrients in the pregnant women of the Han and Hui ethnic groups in Yinchuan City was unbalanced. The intake of calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 during pregnancy was low , Han pregnant women as early as mid-term hemoglobin values are different. Conclusion: The dietary structure of pregnant women in Han and Hui backs in Yinchuan City is unreasonable and the intake of various vitamins is low. In particular, the dietary fat heating of Hui women is relatively low.
