临床研究早已证实,干扰素(lnterferon,IFN)对造血系及某些实体肿瘤有肯定的治疗作用,但其抗肿瘤机制至今尚未阐明。近年来,随着认识的不断深化,IFN已不再是简单的抗病毒因子,而是具有广泛生物学活性的调节蛋白质。大量资料表明,无论外源性或内生性IFN,对肿瘤细胞的分化与增殖均有显著影响。深入探讨IFN介导的分化与增殖调控过程,将有助于彻底明确IFN的抗肿瘤机制。
Clinical studies have long confirmed that interferon (IFN) has a positive therapeutic effect on hematopoietic and certain solid tumors, but its anti-tumor mechanism has not yet been elucidated. In recent years, with the deepening of understanding, IFN is no longer a simple antiviral factor but a regulatory protein with a wide range of biological activities. A large number of data indicate that exogenous or endogenous IFN has a significant effect on the differentiation and proliferation of tumor cells. A thorough study of the IFN-mediated differentiation and proliferation regulation process will help thoroughly clarify the anti-tumor mechanism of IFN.
