目的:优选薄荷油-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物(薄荷油-HP-β-CD)的包合工艺。方法:采用饱和水溶液法制备薄荷油-HP-β-CD,以薄荷油包合率为指标,通过L9(3)4正交设计考察投料比、包合时间、包合温度对工艺的影响,并通过TLC和UV对包合物进行验证。结果:最佳包合条件为薄荷油和HP-β-CD投料比1∶4,包合时间1 h,包合温度30℃,包合率15.45%。结论:优选的包合工艺稳定可行,薄荷油-HP-β-CD包合物已形成,且包合过程对挥发油成分无影响。
Objective: To optimize the inclusion process of peppermint oil-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex (peppermint oil-HP-β-CD). Methods: Peppermint oil-HP-β-CD was prepared by saturated aqueous solution. The inclusion rate of peppermint oil was used as an index to study the effects of feed ratio, inclusion time and inclusion temperature on the technology by L9 (3) The inclusion complex was verified by TLC and UV. Results: The best inclusion conditions were as follows: the ratio of peppermint oil to HP-β-CD was 1: 4, the inclusion time was 1 h, the inclusion temperature was 30 ℃ and the inclusion rate was 15.45%. CONCLUSION: The optimal inclusion process is stable and feasible. Peppermint oil-HP-β-CD inclusion complex has formed, and the inclusion process has no effect on the volatile oil composition.
