目的 探讨细胞色素 p450代谢酶 1 A1 (CYP1 A1 )、谷胱苷肽转硫酶 μ(GSTM1 )基因多态性与西安地区食管癌的关系 .方法 应用分子流行病学研究方法 ,调查分析了西安地区 1 0 8例食管癌病例和 1 0 1例对照 CYP1 A1与 GSTM1基因多态性 .结果 CYP1 A1 Ile/ Ile,Ile/ Val,Val/ Val基因型在病例和对照中分别为 2 2 .6% ,43.4% ,34.0 %和 30 .7% ,47.5% ,2 1 .8% ;其中 Val/ Val基因型在两者间差异显著(P=0 .0 4 9) ;GSTM1存在型、缺失型在病例 ,对照中分别为40 .7% ,59.3%和 56.4% ,43.6%差异显著 (P=0 .0 2 3) .结论 CYP1 A1 Val/ Val基因基因型 (突变纯合子 )与 GSTM1的缺失与西安地区食管癌的遗传易感性有关
Objective To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of cytochrome P450 metabolic enzyme 1 A1 (CYP1 A1) and glutathione S-transferase μ (GSTM1) and esophageal cancer in Xi’an area. Methods Molecular epidemiological methods were used to investigate and analyze Xi’an Regional polymorphisms of CYP1 A1 and GSTM1 in 108 cases of esophageal cancer and 101 controls. Results The CYP1 A1 Ile/Ile, Ile/Val, and Val/Val genotypes were 22.6 in cases and controls, respectively. %, 43.4%, 34.0 % and 30.7%, 47.5%, 21.8%; Val/Val genotypes were significantly different between the two (P=0.04); GSTM1 existed and lacked In case and control, 40.7%, 59.3% and 56.4%, respectively, and 43.6% were significantly different (P=0.023). Conclusions The loss of CYP1 A1 Val/Val genotype (mutant homozygote) and GSTM1 Associated with genetic susceptibility to esophageal cancer in Xi’an
