患者男性,54岁,干部.主诉:口鼻粘膜糜烂及全身皮肤潮红、脱屑两个月.现病史:患者于1986年2月下旬找一民间草医治疗红斑狼疮,用其自制的药条燃点后之熏烟经口吸入吞至胃,继之饮水,每日三次,约经2～3天后见口鼻粘膜糜烂出血、结痂,自觉疼痛,一周后全身皮肤出现弥漫性潮红脱屑,伴有低热,呼吸及进食困难.在当地医院治疗未愈.于同年4月10日转我科.过去史:1981年因面部及两手背红斑,在我科确诊为盘状红斑狼疮.1985年12月,曾用此药条熏烟治疗一次,引起面部及全身皮肤发
