医院文化有广义和狭义之分。广义的医院文化是指医院存在方式的总和,主要包括以环境、建筑和医疗仪器等为主的物质文化;以医院及学科可持续发展为目标、以管理有效性为目的的制度文化;以医院价值追求为核心的精神文化。狭义的医院文化是指医院组织系统在长期医疗活动中逐步形成,并得到全体员工共同遵守和忠实奉行的价值观念、基本信念和行为准则。一、市场经济环境下医院文化建设的现状
