甲基酮与丙烯腈反应可以得到一氰乙基、二氰乙基或多氰乙基化产物。据文献报道,丙酮与丙烯腈反应可以得到少量的4-乙酰基庚二腈,产率约为3.7%,其他4-酰基庚二腈的合成方法还未见报道。我们发现由β-二酮的氰乙基化反应得到的β-二酮二氰乙基化产物1a~c,在碳酸钠水溶液中酮解可以得到4-酰基庚二腈2a~c,产率为59~82%。如果1a~c在氢氧化钾水溶液中水解,则得4-酰基庚二酸3a~c。2a~c与2,4-二硝基苯肼反应得到了相应的苯腙4a~c,2a~c经KOH水解亦得3a~c。
The reaction of methyl ketone with acrylonitrile can give a cyanoethyl, dicyanoethyl or polycyanoethylated product. It has been reported in the literature that a small amount of 4-acetylpolidonitrile can be obtained by reaction of acetone with acrylonitrile in a yield of about 3.7%. The synthesis of other 4-acylpimelonitrile has not been reported yet. We have found that the β-diketone dicyanoethylation products 1a-c obtained from the cyanoethylation of β-diketones give keto-4-acylpimeno-nitriles 2a-c in ketalysis in aqueous sodium carbonate. The yield 59 to 82%. If 1a ~ c in aqueous potassium hydroxide hydrolysis, then 4-acyl pimelic acid 3a ~ c. The reaction of 2a ~ c with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine gave the corresponding phenylhydrazone 4a ~ c, 2a ~ c by KOH hydrolysis also 3a ~ c.
