本文对所提出的具有专家系统的PID自整定方法的原理进行分析。由于采用输出响应波形的“状态变量”来调整PID参数,所以对被控对象模型不要求精确辩识,可适用于各种工业过程。由于整定规律是线性的,因而调整过程简便迅速,知识库占用内存不大。经过仿真和现场使用证明,此方法结果是令人满意的。
This paper analyzes the principle of the proposed PID self-tuning method with expert system. As the “state variables” of the output response waveforms are used to adjust the PID parameters, accurate identification of the controlled object model is not required and can be applied to various industrial processes. Since the setting rule is linear, the adjustment process is quick and easy, and the knowledge base occupies little memory. After simulation and field use, the result of this method is satisfactory.
