为了不断促进我国的社会经济文化全面进步与综合发展。加强教育建设十分必要。进入新世纪以来,终身体育的教育思想逐渐兴起,并成为体育思想当中十分重要的概念之一。终身体育的思想理论被广泛认同的同时,大多数高校在具体的体育教学过程中已经形成了一套相对完整的教学培养计划。本文针对高校体育教学过程中的终身体育教学体会问题进行简要分析。并针对体育教学的终身教育理念提出几点看法。

Lifelong PE ideological and theoretical is widely recognized at the same time, most colleges and universities in the process of physical education has formed a relatively complete teaching plan. This article gives a brief analysis of the lifelong physical education in college PE teaching process. And puts forward some views on the concept of lifelong education in physical education.
