在中学教育管理的过程中,食堂卫生管理是保证在校学生饮食安全,促进学生健康成长和正常学习的基本条件。预防性卫生管理作为对食品安全、食品卫生等内容的一种事前预防方法,在中学食堂卫生管理工作中有着重要的意义。本研究以中学食堂预防性卫生管理的内涵为切入点,分析了中学食堂预防性卫生管理的实施策略。以期为中学食堂卫生管理工作提供参考。
In the process of secondary education management, canteen health management is to ensure that students in school food safety, and promote the healthy growth of students and normal learning the basic conditions. As a precautionary approach to food safety, food hygiene and other contents, preventive health management is of great significance in the health management of canteens in secondary schools. This study starts from the connotation of preventive health management in middle school canteens, and analyzes the implementation strategies of preventive health management in middle school canteens. With a view to provide a reference for the health management of middle school canteens.
