近年来,复合材料在飞机制造业中的应用急剧增加。据报道,1980年复合材料约占飞机机体重量的5%,预计到1990年将达30~50%。纤维强化塑料(FRP)能使复杂形状零件整体成形,既可减轻零件的重量,又可降低制造成本,因此,在复合材料中占有十分重要的地位。复合材料的机械加工性能一般都比较差。复合材料越高级,其加工难度就越大,生产效率也就越低。
In recent years, the application of composites in the aircraft manufacturing industry has dramatically increased. It is reported that composite materials accounted for about 5% of the weight of the aircraft body in 1980 and is expected to reach 30% to 50% by 1990. Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) can shape the complex shape of the whole parts, both to reduce the weight of the parts, but also reduce manufacturing costs, therefore, play an important role in the composite material. The mechanical properties of composite materials are generally poor. The more advanced composite materials, the more difficult its processing, the lower the efficiency of production.
