根据P91钢的单轴及多轴蠕变实验数据,建立了P91钢在高温下的损伤-硬化蠕变数学计算模型,利用该模型实现了P91钢高温蠕变的数值计算。通过分析和研究金属在高温蠕变过程中出现的骨点应力,预测金属高温蠕变损耗情况,这对于评估高温构件的安全性和经济性意义重大。
According to the uniaxial and multiaxial creep experimental data of P91 steel, the mathematical model of damage-hardening creep of P91 steel at high temperature was established. The numerical calculation of high temperature creep of P91 steel was realized by using this model. By analyzing and studying the bone point stress occurring during the high temperature creep, the prediction of metal creep loss at high temperature is of great significance for evaluating the safety and economy of high temperature components.
