目的高频超声及腔内超声检测输精管的各段,分析其超声表现,统计各段输精管的正常值范围。方法超声检测精液正常的志愿者109例,测量输精管各段的外径及精索部输精管的内径,统计正常成人的输精管的范围。结果右侧输精管睾丸部、精索部、腹股沟管部、盆部末段及壶腹部的外径分别为(2.13±0.45)mm、(2.06±0.39)mm、(2.05±0.29)mm、(3.76±0.94)mm和(5.42±1.70)mm。左侧输精管睾丸部、精索部、腹股沟管部、盆部末段及壶腹部的外径分别为(2.14±0.43)mm、(2.07±0.35)mm、(2.04±0.25)mm、(3.80±0.98)mm和(5.48±1.72)mm。右侧及左侧输精管精索部内径分别为(0.24±0.16)mm和(0.25±0.12)mm。结论高频超声及腔内超声能够清晰的显示输精管的睾丸部、精索部、腹股沟管部、末段及壶腹部,输精管的正常值范围可以作为超声检测输精管的重要参考。
Objective To detect the segments of vas deferens by high-frequency ultrasonography and intra-uterine ultrasound, analyze the ultrasound manifestations and count the normal range of vas deferens in each segment. Methods Totally 109 volunteers with normal sperm were detected by ultrasound. The outer diameter of each segment of the vas deferens and the inner diameter of the vas deferens of the spermatic cord were measured. The range of the vas deferens in normal adults was counted. Results The outer diameter of the testis, spermatic cord, inguinal canal, pelvis and ampulla of the right vas deferens were (2.13 ± 0.45) mm, (2.06 ± 0.39) mm, (2.05 ± 0.29) mm and ± 0.94) mm and (5.42 ± 1.70) mm. The outer diameter of the left testes, spermatic cord, inguinal canal, pelvis and ampulla were (2.14 ± 0.43) mm, (2.07 ± 0.35) mm, (2.04 ± 0.25) mm, (3.80 ± 0.98) mm and (5.48 ± 1.72) mm. The inner diameters of the right and left vas deferens were (0.24 ± 0.16) mm and (0.25 ± 0.12) mm, respectively. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound and intra-uterine ultrasound can clearly show the testis, spermatic cord, inguinal canal, distal segment and ampulla of vas deferens. The normal range of vas deferens can be used as an important reference for the detection of vas deferens by ultrasound.
