目的:建立黄芪党参颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:以ELSD为检测器,色谱柱C18(Alltech Hypersil ODS 4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈∶水(40∶60),流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:25℃;漂移管温度:100℃,载气量:2.6 L/min。结果:回归方程y=1.5471x+2.6231(r=0.9996),黄芪甲苷在1.656~4.968μg/mL之间峰面积与浓度线性关系良好。平均回收率为101%。结论:该法简便可靠,可为黄芪党参颗粒质量控制提供依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Astragalus Codonopsis. Methods: ELSD was used as the detector. The column C18 (Alltech Hypersil ODS 4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (40:60), the flow rate was 1.0 mL / Tube temperature: 100 ° C, carrier gas volume: 2.6 L / min. Results: The regression equation y = 1.5471x + 2.6231 (r = 0.9996). There was a good linear relationship between the peak area and the concentration of Astragaloside at 1.656 ~ 4.968μg / mL. The average recovery was 101%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, which can provide the basis for the quality control of Radix Codonopsis.
