为了找出刀具磨损的主要因素,优化滚刀在刀盘上的布置,了解滚刀振动对刀圈应力分布规律的影响.采用理论和软件分析相结合的方法,以岩石掘进机掘进混合片麻岩为条件,研究了刀盘上刀具消耗规律及其影响因素.结果表明:滚刀磨损最快的在刀圈外缘;离刀盘中心越远,刀具磨损越快;岩石完整系数越大,刀具磨损越快;随着滚刀磨损量的增大,掘进中滚刀外缘和岩石接触面积增大,挤压力降低.该研究结果对岩石隧道掘进机刀具系统的优化有重要的参考价值和指导意义.
