应用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)技术考察了几种体系合成的ZSM-5沸石,结果表明,合成型沸石表面硅铝比均低于体相硅铝比,即合成型沸石表面富铝;经离子交换后沸石表面部分脱铝;高温处理可引起铝从体相向表面迁移。实验还证明,在合成过程中使ZSM-5沸石表面增加铝或硅是可行的。
The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) technique was used to investigate the synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolites. The results showed that the ratio of Si / Al was lower than that of the bulk zeolite, After ion exchange zeolite surface dealumination; high temperature treatment can cause aluminum from the body phase to the surface migration. Experiments also show that it is feasible to add aluminum or silicon to the surface of ZSM-5 zeolite during the synthesis.
