本文提出了一种多端输出的第二代电流传输器 (MOCCII)电路。该电路由一集成运算放大器及多端输出的双极晶体管电流镜构成。文中分析了双极晶体管电流镜及该电路的工作原理。该电路具有电压传输和电流传输的精度高、结构简单、易于实现及成本低廉且实用性好的特点。
This paper presents a multi-terminal output of the second generation current transmitter (MOCCII) circuit. The circuit consists of an integrated operational amplifier and multi-terminal output bipolar transistor current mirror composition. The paper analyzes the bipolar transistor current mirror and the working principle of the circuit. The circuit has high voltage transmission and current transmission accuracy, simple structure, easy to implement and low cost and good practicability.
