本文从新的视角——核心竞争力的角度剖析了我国民营企业“短命”的深层原因,从而指出,我国民营企业要从根本上摆脱“短命”的命运,必须从培养核心竞争力入手。对此;文章对微软公司、春兰公司、海尔公司等较为成功的企业重视培养企业的核心竞争力进行了阐述,并从企业核心竞争力的构建与扩散、核心竞争力要素的内部开发与外部获取、核心竞争力要素的整合和核心产品的开发、企业核心竞争力的转移扩散等四个方面论述了应如何提高我国企业核心竞争力的思路。
