目的 探讨子宫下段剖宫产手术损伤输尿管的原因、诊断、防治措施.方法 回顾性分析响水县人民医院自2007-01-2010-12子宫下段剖宫产损伤输尿管的临床表现,诊断及处理.结果 3例

目的 探讨子宫下段剖宫产手术损伤输尿管的原因、诊断、防治措施.方法 回顾性分析响水县人民医院自2007-01-2010-12子宫下段剖宫产损伤输尿管的临床表现,诊断及处理.结果 3例患者1例行输尿管膀胱吻合术,1例在膀胱镜下输尿管置管3个月,1例经输尿管内置管1个月,均获得满意疗效.结论 严格掌握剖宫产指征,熟悉盆腔解剖,严格规范操作是预防输尿管损伤的关键.一旦发现及时处理.
