锐孔板流量计,构造简单,适用性广,在化工生产过程中,得到广泛采用。但当用于焦油之类的粘稠易凝介质的流量测量时,取压装置的导管,有凝滞堵塞的现象发生。为了防止这种堵塞情况的出现,我们对锐孔板板的环室作了改革,并在取压、导压等测量环节上采取了一些措施,通过实践,说明问题初步得到了解决。现将具体做法介绍于下。一、环室的改装我们使用的锐孔板环室,如图1所示,各部尺寸,除图上所标明的以外,其余的均与标准设计相同。这种环室由两部分拼焊而成。其主要特点,环室内壁较薄,厚为1毫米,为了提高防腐蚀性能,应用不锈钢制作。当用于高压系统时,为了增加接
