本试验采用100％三角草醇提液直接外涂的方法,研究其镇痛、抗炎作用。在多种动物炎症模型中证实有抑制大鼠足跖肿胀、抑制小鼠耳肿胀、提高小鼠的痛阈值、抑制小鼠由冰醋酸引起的扭体反应,有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。
In this test, 100% delphragic alcohol extracts were applied directly to the external surface to study their analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. In a variety of animal inflammation models, it has been confirmed that the inhibition of rat paw edema, inhibition of mouse ear swelling, increased pain threshold in mice, inhibition of mouse writhing reaction caused by glacial acetic acid, there is obvious anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect .
