经济发展离不开职业经理人的相关工作,职业经理人数量也是衡量一个国家经济发展情况的重要指标之一。但是,根据当前实际情况而言,职业经理人出现了一定程度的工作倦怠问题,这一问题导致企业发展的速度逐步放缓,经济提升速率有所下滑。本文对工作倦怠做了简单介绍,分析了职业经理人工作倦怠的基本原因,在组织视角下提出了改善职业经理人工作倦怠问题的策略。
Economic development is inseparable from the relevant work of professional managers, the number of professional managers is also a measure of a country’s economic development is an important indicator of one. However, according to the current actual situation, professional managers have experienced a certain degree of job burnout. This problem has led to the gradual slowdown of the development of enterprises and the slowdown of economic growth. This article gives a brief introduction of job burnout, analyzes the basic causes of job burnout of professional managers, and puts forward strategies to improve the job burnout of professional managers from the perspective of organization.
