目的建立超声辅助分散液相微萃取-气相色谱法测定食品中山梨酸、苯甲酸的检测技术。方法使用超声辅助分散液相微萃取的新型样品前处理法,并结合气相色谱对食品中山梨酸和苯甲酸的含量进行了测定。结果在最佳实验条件下,山梨酸、苯甲酸富集倍数达50倍;山梨酸、苯甲酸在1μg/ml~30μg/ml浓度范围内,有良好线性关系,检出限分别为11 mg/kg、12 mg/kg。方法的加标回收率为87%~109%,相对偏差(RSD)分别为1.8%~4.5%、2.1%~4.8%。结论本方法操作简便、快捷、试剂成本低、环境友好,可用于食品中山梨酸、苯甲酸的分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of sorbic acid and benzoic acid in food by ultrasonic-assisted dispersion-liquid phase microextraction-gas chromatography. Methods A novel sample preparation method using ultrasound-assisted dispersive liquid-phase microextraction was developed. The contents of sorbic acid and benzoic acid in food were determined by gas chromatography. Results Under the optimum conditions, the enrichment factor of sorbic acid and benzoic acid was up to 50 times. There was a good linear relationship between the concentrations of sorbic acid and benzoic acid in the range of 1μg / ml ~ 30μg / ml with the detection limits of 11 mg / kg, 12 mg / kg. The recoveries of the method were 87% -109% with RSDs of 1.8% -4.5% and 2.1% -4.8%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, low reagent cost, environment-friendly and can be used in the analysis of sorbic acid and benzoic acid in food.
