试验通过研究4种添加剂,分别为巴斯夫(A)、YM3(B)、YM7(C)及亚芯乳酸菌剂(D)对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)拉伸膜裹包青贮品质的影响。结果表明,4种添加剂均能改善紫花苜蓿的青贮品质,经指标评定,亚芯乳酸菌处理对青贮品质改善最优,其处理组pH、氨态氮和丁酸含量均显著低于对照组,乳酸含量(119.57)显著高于对照组(104.45),可有效改善紫花苜蓿的青贮裹包品质,并优于其他添加剂处理组。
The effects of four additives, BASF, YM3 (B), YM7 (C) and sub-lactobacillus (D) on the quality of stretch-wrap silage of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) were studied. The results showed that the four kinds of additives could improve the quality of alfalfa silage. According to the index evaluation, the treatment with subcellula lactic acid bacteria was the best to improve the quality of silage. The content of pH, ammonia nitrogen and butyrate of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group, (119.57) was significantly higher than the control group (104.45), which could effectively improve the quality of alfalfa silage wrap, and better than other additive treatment groups.
