目的观察不同药剂对淡色库蚊的杀灭效果,为产品开发提供科学依据。方法气雾剂的室内药效测定和模拟现场药效测定。结果室内药效测试KT50在1.30～4.40min,24h死亡率在95.0%～100%;模拟现场药效测试1h击倒率和24h死亡率均在93.0%～100%。7种杀虫气雾剂药效结果均符合国家标准,但彼此间存在较大差异。结论0.05%胺菊酯·氯氰菊酯杀虫效果最佳,具有击倒快,死亡率高,成本低的特点。
Objective To observe the killing effect of different agents on Culex pipiens pallens, providing a scientific basis for product development. Methods The indoor efficacy of aerosols and the simulation of field efficacy were measured. Results The indoor efficacy test KT50 at 1.30 ~ 4.40min, 24h mortality was 95.0% ~ 100%; 1h knock-down rate and 24h mortality in simulated field efficacy test were 93.0% ~ 100%. The efficacy of 7 kinds of insecticidal aerosols are in line with national standards, but there is a big difference between them. Conclusion 0.05% tetramethrin cypermethrin insecticidal effect of the best, with quick knockdown, high mortality, low cost.
