食品安全的重要性不言而喻。2009年,我国《食品安全法》问世,它也同时取代了原有的《食品卫生法》。虽然《食品安全法》实行这四年对食品安全的重视程度在提高,但是形势依然非常的严峻,有毒有害的物质包括一些进口的国产的都有这个问题。据国务院法制办消息,《中华人民共和国食品安全法(修订草案送审稿)》日前公开征求意见,意见反馈截止日期为2013年11月29日。时隔四年,这部关乎千家万户的重要法律为何要修订?有哪些亮点?能不能真正为食品再上一把“安全锁”?
The importance of food safety goes without saying. In 2009, China’s “Food Safety Law” came out, it also replaced the original “Food Sanitation Law.” Although the “food safety law” in the four years of emphasis on food safety is increasing, but the situation remains very serious, toxic and harmful substances, including some imported domestic have this problem.
