为了提高从土壤中分离放线菌的效率,研究土壤风干时间、重铬酸钾浓度、土壤预处理温度、不同的孢子激活剂以及激活剂浓度对放线菌分离效果的影响,并对其细菌和放线菌菌落数进行统计。结果表明:采集的土壤风干最佳时间是6d,土壤稀释液最佳处理温度是50℃,在土壤悬浮液中可以加入0.05%的SDS以激活放线菌孢子萌发,在培养基中加入130mg/L的重铬酸钾可刺激放线菌生长而抑制细菌和真菌的生长。
In order to improve the efficiency of separating actinomycetes from soil, the effects of air drying time, potassium dichromate concentration, soil pretreatment temperature, different spore activators and activator concentration on the separation of actinomycetes were studied. And actinomycete colonies statistics. The results showed that the best time for air drying was 6d, the optimum temperature for soil dilution was 50 ℃, 0.05% SDS could be added to the soil suspension to activate the actinomycete spore germination, and 130mg / L of potassium dichromate stimulates the growth of actinomycetes and inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi.
