概述杉木造林地生态环境恶化、生物多样性降低，林地地力衰退的现状，提出了调整林种树种结构、改革传统的营林技术等环境保护措施，并对中国国家造林项目执行情况和环保成效作出评价和展望。
This paper summarizes the deterioration of ecological environment, the reduction of biodiversity and the decline of woodland fertility in the afforestation area of China. It puts forward the environmental protection measures such as adjusting the tree species structure and reforming the traditional silviculture techniques, and makes some suggestions on the implementation of the state afforestation project and environmental protection in China Evaluation and outlook.
