Two biochemical variables (sex and season) were used to check the speed of production and lipid composition. 11 healthy men and women 5, 6, aged 25 to 42 years (mean 33.6 years), no history of ear infections, women in different stages of the menstrual cycle, one of whom had ovariectomy.
